In the wake of Rudycats ceasing trading and their licence being removed, the Council are under the impression that any cats being rehomed are not being sold as this activity is no longer licenced.
Below is a screenshot of an email sent to a follower of this site.
Rudycats has been seen selling a number of cats and kittens through their now private Instagram in the last 4 or 5 weeks.
If any new owners of these cats and kittens have paid for their new arrival, please get in touch with Cheshire East Council with evidence that clearly demonstrates a sale and payment. The Council is taking this seriously and can take further action with appropriate proof.
